THE BLOODLINE COLLECTION IS THE FIRST STREETWEAR CAPSULE COLLECTION OF KIDS OF THE DIASPORA. IT IS INSPIRED BY THE QUESTIONING GENERATION Y AND ADDRESSES EVERYBODY
WHO LIKES TO REMINISCE ABOUT THE 90S STREET CULTURE AND IS NOT AFRAID
TO REFLECT ON HISTORY. THE CUTS ARE GENDER FLUID RATHER THAN FOCUSING ON THE OUTER SILHOUETTES OF A FEMALE OR MALE BODY.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The choice of materials complements the attitude of the Kids of the Diaspora. The reflective garment is an ode to our reflective mind. The clear foil symbolizes our free-spirit. The ‘Bloodline Red’ unites black and white. Each item is a crucial piece that has its own story. The infinity pants and shorts are intentionally designed to be seamless as we bridge borders. The KOTD Uniform and the up-cycled Travel Bag are the heart of the collection. They are an homage to our parents up to our great grand parents who worked hard and went far for our future.
We are aware of our universal poetic nature running through our blood. We finished the items with the
so-called “Bloodline Tag” that has a poem printed on it. We reach out to people who may not be on
the same continent but connect over same experiences and emotions.
Our products are designed with love and care in Vienna. We decided to keep the main production of the new collection in our city, Vienna, as there are a lot of refining steps. The capsule collection is very limited as we use old remainders of stock for our synthetic materials. Furthermore we chose high quality cotton shirts and sweaters which are fair, socio- and eco-friendly produced.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The cuts are gender-neutral and a rework of Kids of the Diaspora’s first Bloodline collection.
The centerpiece of the collection is a non purchasable turquoise uniform – representing „that spirit“ while giving a tribute to the ancestors who worked hard to pave the way for the generations to come. We are particularly proud of the reversible waterproof jacket shining a light on those who,
after they were forced to leave their motherland, in order to preserve peace camouflaged their way of connecting with the spirit that gave them strength.
Our fanny packs are best worn across the heart and are designed to only hold the essentials that prove our identity on our journey through life.
They come in three different colors turquoise, black and yellow. The only shirt of the collection comes exclusively in white as
a symbol of peace and is one of our most favourite essentials of a year that challenged us all to grow together.
